Customer Awareness Towards e-Banking Management for Maintaining a Sustainable Environment

Objective: The financial sector and banking support the economy as a whole. objective of this study is to determine extent which consumers are conscious benefits e-banking, role demographic factors in determining their satisfaction with overall level bank services. Theoretical Framework: focuses on banking, exploring how private banks India fulfil statutory regulatory obligations while providing basic para-banking Method: research incorporates both primary secondary sources includes three public Kerala, India: Bank India, Indian Bank, Union India. Each considered separate population, sample 513 customers selected from each region. Cochran size calculation formula used appropriate size. Statistical analysis, including multivariate analysis variance chi-square tests, conducted using Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Results Conclusion: findings indicate that satisfied e-banking environment management. Implications Research: has implications industry, highlighting importance customer satisfaction. can inform improving electronic options service quality. Originality/Value: This contributes existing literature by examining consumer specifically within context
